Nourish Group is owned by Richard Sigley, a 20 year veteran of the New Zealand hospitality industry. The ever expanding group currently has the finest portfolio of internationally acclaimed outlets known for location and style.

Simon Gault and Richard Sigley have a long history together. Four years ago Nourish brought Gault on board to exclusively become The Nourish Group Master Chef. This collaboration has set Nourish Group's food at the very top of New Zealand's fine dining. Simon Gault was compared to the worlds most famous Chefs in 'Canvas' last year, in every Nourish establishment, Simon is hands-on, right down to the finest detail.
